Downtime
I've located the reason for recent downtime periods to a faulty harddrive in the firewall. Will get a replacement and reinstall as soon as possible, hopefully today.

Chat (IRC) + DNS (name)
The IRC server is now working normally and chat is being relayed properly again.
Now there's a problem with DNS. New servers should kick on soon.
